Originally by Banbarra from 1975, this song affectionately displayed the growing change among adults concerning marriage. ‘Shack Up’ shows us that living out of wedlock can be sinful and fun. This song has been covered numerous times (eg Bis, Blackbuster) but these two i think are the best.

No disrespect, but what was up with Greg Nice’s Melon back in the day??? ....and the bowler hat doesn’t help, it only amplifies the chromedomium. Smooth Bee had the right idea: I’m not wearing this stoopid hat. Great group. I would always like to think that live they don’t use vocal delays just repeat themselves all night. They also sing amazing.

When I promised a couple weeks ago that this was going to be “Darker than Bill Duke on the dark side of Pluto on a really dark day” I should have said “Darker than Bill Duke on the dark side of Pluto on a really dark day wearing ‘the Crow’ make-up and stilletos”.
